The Python® is a man sized remotely operated all electric manipulator. It is designed to be mounted on most small to mid-sized remotely operated vehicles (ROV's), or manned submersibles. It is completely waterproof, with no depth limitation. Its patented geared mechanism allows the Python® to be incredibly dexterous while maintaining reliability, strength and an envelope that is reached by no other low cost electric manipulator on the market in the world.
The standard Python® has four functions. These functions are grip, liftcurl, curl and shoulder roll. Liftcurl and curl functions allow the Python® to have its unique envelope. All functions are powered by highly reliable electric motors which are extremely power efficient. This feature allows the Python® to be operated from a small battery power source (24 vdc) for a long duration of time.
The Python® is highly dependable. All systems sold to date have had zero failures. The Python® has proven to be a top quality product used currently in a range of hazardous environment applications throughout the world.
