US Navy's Reliability, Maintainability, and Quality Assurance Award for 1991

This award is given to only one individual annually.

The award was given "in recognition of his dedicated commitment to the achievement of reliable naval material through design and engineering excellence, error-free manufacturing, and maintenance simplicity"
